On Tuesday, July 31, 2018, Asharqia Chamber organized a workshop on "The Role of Digital Transformation in Support of Small and Medium Enterprises," in collaboration with the ST (the business sector) in which representatives of the company and a number of specialists and those who are interested in this sector is participating on this workshop.
A member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Communications and Technology Committee in the Chamber, Nasser bin Rashid Al-Bajash, said that the workshop comes within the framework of cooperation and integration with the competent authorities to review and discuss everything that would provide services to the business sector and facilitate its functions, so that it can continue its work in accordance with recent developments and updates.
Al-Bijash pointed out that the workshop will be held at 10 am at the headquarters, and it hosts a number of specialized speakers.
The director of digital solutions in the communications company Abdul Malik al-Houti would talk about digital services, cloud business development manager Abdullah Al-Zafer would talk about cloud services, and the Internet Security Director Jalal Al-Safadi would speak on cybersecurity services.
Al-Bijash pointed out that the workshop aimed at owners of small and medium enterprises, and those interested in the support and development of this vital sector.
The workshop will discuss a number of topics that fall within the role of small and medium enterprises in supporting the national economy.
The workshop also discusses the competitiveness of small and medium enterprises, especially in light of the digital transformation and the great developments in the fields of communications and information technology, and its impact on the Saudi economy according to the vision of 2030.
The workshop will also review the services provided by STC.
